It’s where our people live, build relationships, raise families, and build careers. Virtumarc may work with technology, but the community around us has shaped who we’ve become just as much as the work itself.
Community has a way of reminding you that everyone is carrying something. A student creating their future or a Veteran navigating what comes next in civilian life. We can’t solve every problem, and we don’t pretend we can. But when there is somewhere our time, experience, or support can make a meaningful contribution, we believe in showing up.
Our missions may be different, but the people behind them share something important: they have chosen to spend their time making someone’s life, neighborhood, or future better. That’s why you’ll find our team giving our time and experience to local organizations like Habitat for Humanity, GPS4Vets, The ALS Association, KEEP TAMPA BAY BEAUTIFUL, and much more.
The future of Tampa Bay is already sitting in its classrooms. We support local schools and initiatives that create opportunities for children; Sharing what we know and introducing children to the magic of understanding the technological world around us. Sometimes a new experience, an encouraging conversation, or seeing a career up close is enough to make the future feel a little brighter.
A better Tampa Bay includes the places between the buildings. That means caring for the streets, shorelines, and shared spaces that belong to all of us. Our team has had the opportunity to join Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful for a cleanup around Gandy, trading keyboards for gloves and spending a few hours under the sun helping leave the beach and park a little cleaner than we found them
Know an organization doing meaningful work? Planning a volunteer project? Have a school, neighborhood, or local initiative that could use some support? Bring it to us!
Tell us all about the people behind it, what you hope to accomplish and what our participation looks like. We’ll learn more and see where our team might fit into your work.
Good things have a habit of starting with someone reaching out.
